How do I join or use Horizon Pharmacy?

There are two ways:

Do you have to receive medication in packaged form?

No, we can fill regular bottles. However, medication packaging is available if preferred.

Is it only behavioral health medications?

No, we can transfer and fulfill all types of medications.

Will my privacy be protected?

Yes, we fully comply with HIPAA standards. All deliveries, whether by mail or courier, ensure privacy.

How do I pay my copayment?

We will bill you monthly, payment can be online or mail a check

How will I get my medication?

We can mail them home, send them via courier with our regular shipment to work, or you can pick them up. All deliveries, whether by mail or courier, ensure privacy through discreet packaging.

How much might I save?

Depends on the specific medication. However, a 90-day supply will be 50% of the copayment you would have at another pharmacy.

What if medication requires refrigeration?

We will cold pack refrigerated medication as required.

Do you accept manufacturer copay / discount coupons?

We accept all manufacturer copay/discount coupons. They are subject to their terms and conditions and must be used within all guidelines of state, and federally, funded insurance.

We will not accept other savings coupons (GoodRx and things of that nature).

However, the copayment savings will likely be more valuable than these programs.
