Since 2014, Horizon Pharmacy has improved therapeutic outcomes in long-term care through the delivery of customized pharmaceutical care, advancing quality behavioral health services in Rhode Island and beyond. Horizon is entirely focused on nurturing efficient, trusted relationships with nurses and caretakers in long term care medical and behavioral health facilities.

Our services have improved the lives of more than 7,350 individuals. Further our profits have supported the mission of Horizon’s three non-profit owners Community Care Alliance, Thrive Behavioral Health, and Newport Mental Health, each of whom provide quality and essential behavioral health services throughout Rhode Island.
